The World Conference of Women’s Shelters is the largest and most diverse global gathering on protection services and prevention of violence against women.
Organized by the Global Network of Women’s Shelters and hosted by the Garden of Hope Foundation, the 4th World Conference of Women’s Shelters (4WCWS) will be held in Kaohsiung on November 5-8, 2019. 4WCWS will bring together 1,500 people from 120 countries to network and share ideas on how to strengthen women shelters and end violence against women.

As to encourage more students to know more about Women empowerment issues, they offer a scholarship for students, which includes FREE Registration fee, and lunches for Nov. 6-7. (tea and coffee are provided all day). You can attend any plenary and workshop you are interested in if there's a seat available.
