Off- campus housing
- Students who are looking for accommodation off campus are all welcome to get the information at OSA, where you can obtain the list of landlords that have been certified by OSA. Or you can check it on the WAC system: "D.2.0.99. Housing information inquiry” (in English with pictures). Alternatively, you can also search more sources from the KMU Off-Campus Housing Platform.
- The price range of rent is approximately from 4000 NTD to 10000 NTD (electricity fee is usually not included); you may be charged a maintenance fee if you rent a house in a building.
- It is important to find someone who speaks Chinese to go with you when you meet the landlord.
